What is Stellar Performance all about? Stellar Performance is a safe space for women to move their bodies, learn about nutrition and set attainable health and fitness goals to fit their lifestyle. We provide women with accountability, inspiration, motivation and the tools to live an energised life all with the support of our thriving community of like minded women.
Who can benefit most from attending Stellar Performance?
Every woman will benefit from our class programs as they all focus on posture, alignment, core conditioning, pelvic floor awareness and functional everyday movement done well. Our coaching is very specific to a woman’s body and it’s needs. Whether you are a new mum, mums with older children at school or not a mum at all, we cater for all women.
What inspired you to become a trainer?
I have always had a passion for health and fitness and became a group fitness instructor not long after I finished school. After having 2 children I suffered several post natal issues and found there was very little support and safe return to exercise options available in the fitness industry for mums.
I decided to educate myself in the pre and post natal exercise space and coach small groups of women with an emphasis on strengthening the deep core muscles fusing Pilates, weight training and cardio in each workout to give our clients the foundations for a strong, fit mind and body for life.
