Chiropractic
Chiropractic is widely recognised as one of the safest drug-free, non-invasive therapies available for the treatment of neuromusculoskeletal complaints.

Chiropractic helps to restore balance in your body and nervous system. We conduct a physical exam which can involve measuring range of movement and strength, assessing posture and alignment as well as functional movement assessments. This allows us to identify health problems and diagnose what is going on within the whole system.

Our treatments include:

-
Manual adjustments
-
Instrument adjusting (activator and arthrostim)
-
Low force techniques (mobilisations, drop piece technique)
-
Pelvic blocking
-
Cranial work
-
Jaw releases
-
Trigger point muscle release
-
Dry needling (musculoskeletal acupuncture)
-
Strapping (kinesiotape and rigid tape)
-
Rehabilitative and strengthening exercises
-
Orthotic and postural corrective devices
