Massage
Massage Therapy is used to improve a patient’s health by applying appropriate pressure on muscles, connective tissues, tendons and ligaments.
Our Massage Therapy offers a variety of health benefits including pain relief, relaxation, improved muscle tone and stimulation of circulatory and lymphatic systems. We also use it to reduce stress and anxiety, help with pain, relax the muscles and rehabilitate injuries.
Many of our patients also find massage calming and relaxing. Massage reduces levels of cortisol (a stress inducing hormone) while increasing other hormones (including dopamine and serotonin) which have a positive effect on wellbeing.
Our massage therapists are experienced and highly qualified and are able to tailor the massage to suit your individual needs and get the very best results.

Audrey Lambert
Remedial Massage Therapist
Hi, I'm Audrey. If you've found your way here, chances are your body has been trying to tell you something.
I've been working with clients of all ages, backgrounds and body types since completing my Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2019. What draws me to this work is simple: I want you to feel genuinely at home in your own body.
My sessions are for people who want more than just a rub-down. They're for anyone curious about what it feels like to actually listen to their body, to slow down, and to be met with real care. I approach every client as a whole person, not a list of problem areas. Your feelings, your
history, your nervous system — all of it is welcome here.
Sessions often include guided breathing and gentle meditation to help you arrive and soften before the hands-on work begins. When your body feels safe, it opens up in ways that pressure alone never reaches. I tend to work with patience and timing rather than force, building trust
with your body so we can go deeper, together.
Integrative Lymphatic Drainage
A slow, intentional approach that supports your body's own ability to regulate itself, clearing blockages and restoring natural flow from within.
Myofascial Cupping
Your fascia is the connective tissue that wraps and connects everything inside you. Cupping lifts and creates space in that tissue in a way hands-on pressure simply can't. I often combine this with active and passive stretching and gentle muscle contractions for deeper, more lasting release.
Remedial Massage
Always tailored to what your body needs on the day, whether that's relief, recovery, or simplybeing heard.
I also draw on elements of Traditional Thai Massage, completed during training in Chiang Mai, Thailand, woven in where it feels right for you.
For clients navigating surgery, I currently offer pre and post-operative lymphatic drainage to support healing, reduce swelling and ease recovery. Later in 2026, I'll be completing a six-month mentorship in pre and post-operative care massage, which will broaden the tools and
techniques I can offer to support clients at every stage of their surgical journey.
I listen to what you tell me, and I pay close attention to what your body communicates without words. I treat every client the way I'd want to be treated: with consideration, education, and genuine care.
If that's what you're looking for, I'd love to work with you.
