2026 Japan Ski Retreat

​Our first-ever Realign Health Ski Retreat in Shiga Kogen, Japan was a huge success.

In February 2026, a fantastic group of skiers and snowboarders joined us for a week of adventure, movement, recovery and connection in the mountains of Nagano. From first-timers finding their confidence on the snow to experienced riders exploring new terrain, there was something for everyone.

We were treated to a mix of snowy days and beautiful bluebird conditions, giving the group an unforgettable taste of what Japanese skiing is all about. Off the slopes, daily stretch sessions, recovery, great food and plenty of laughs helped create a truly special experience.

What made the retreat so memorable wasn't just the skiing, it was the people. By the end of the week, the group had gone from strangers to one big happy snow family, supporting each other, sharing stories and creating friendships that will last well beyond the trip.

The 2026 retreat reminded us that the best ski trips aren't just about the snow. They're about the people you share it with. We can't wait to do it all again.
