  • 4 tbsp of plain Greek yoghurt

  • 8 tbsp of full cream milk powder

  • 3 tbsp of agave sweetener powder (or other sweetener such as erythritol)


  1. Mix the yoghurt, milk powder, and sweetener in a medium bowl.

  2. Mix half of the lemon juice into the mixture with a fork until smooth.

  3. Add the other half of the lemon juice. Mix everything until smooth.

  4. Cover with cling wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

  5. Transfer the filling to glasses or smaller bowls of choice and enjoy.
