Ingredients 
  • 110g coconut yoghurt

  • 125 g (½ cup) frozen berries

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsp maple syrup (or honey)

  • 125ml oat milk


Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, coconut yoghurt, and oat milk in a bowl. Stir until smooth.

  2. Add maple syrup and mix well.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

  4. Serve in your favourite bowl, topped with frozen berries.
