From bushfires and pandemics to self-isolation and social distancing, 2020 presented us with many challenges to test both body and mind.
As part of our practice, we identified many health issues that resulted from these challenges. This inspired us to extend the health focus of our practice The Back Dr to create Realign Health Clinic.
Our new practice continues our passion to provide health care services, but now incorporates a genuine holistic approach with the integration of other professional healthcare services to provide body and mind alignment.
Commencing with chiropractic and massage therapy, Realign Health Clinic will soon extend its practice to include psychological, nutritional and naturopathy services to provide all-encompassing care.
Through this approach we will help both our existing and new clients with a range of healthcare needs. Offering services that help realign, reinvigorate and restore their body, mind, lifestyle and function.
